About this Role

The Urban Analytics and Strategy Unit plays a key role in the social, cultural, and economic life of the city. The unit oversees our social sustainability policy and action plan.

Reporting to the Manager, Social Strategy, you will provide analysis and advice on social sustainability issues and opportunities and work collaboratively to develop strategies and plans that inform services and programs. You will contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and the delivery of projects and programs, while also tracking progress and measuring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing policies, strategies, and implementation plans
  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating programs
  • Preparing reports, submissions, and briefings on complex social issues and strategic approaches
  • Managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
