Leisure and lifestyle opportunities abound at our residential aged care home in Cranbourne East. We're seeking a part-time Lifestyle Assistant with PCA experience to help deliver engaging programs for our residents.

In this role, you'll assist in designing and implementing diversionary therapy techniques to promote purposeful and engaging activities. You'll work closely with our friendly team to enrich the lives of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the design and implementation of leisure and lifestyle programs
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care
  • Providing support to residents to enhance their quality of life

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and Leisure & Health
  • Lifestyle experience in a residential aged care facility
  • Previous experience as a PCA (Personal Care Assistant)
  • Good communication skills
  • Patience and a positive attitude
  • Current police check and COVID vaccination
