Companionship and Support Role

Our residential aged care communities are dedicated to providing a supportive environment where residents can maintain their independence and live with dignity.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of others, by providing companionship and support to our residents. You will work closely with a team of experienced caregivers to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and attention.

  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Document resident information and care plans accurately and efficiently.

As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in caring for older adults, and to work towards a career in nursing or leadership.

Requirements for Success
  • You must have at least 12 months' prior work experience in a related field.
  • You should possess strong verbal communication skills and be able to build rapport with residents and colleagues alike.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a guaranteed minimum earnings of $68,864 per annum, plus superannuation. This could include a combination of shifts across mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
