
IT Support Specialist

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can provide excellent customer service and technical support to our staff.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to staff via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and other documentation
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related IT Support role
- Expert knowledge of ITIL principles and ServiceNow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
