Job Title: Solution Transition Expert

The Reserve Bank of Australia is embarking on a Core Modernisation program, upgrading core technology infrastructure.

We seek an expert to join this program and oversee the transition of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transition Planning and Management:
    • Develop and implement a detailed transition plan in accordance with CoreMod implementation timeframes.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to define and deliver transition scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Manage the delivery timeline, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
  • Service Transition:
    • Act as primary point of contact for technical migration coordination, offering guidance and expertise to internal teams and external partners.
    • Oversee the transition of IT services, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining service quality.
    • Ensure all service management processes are adhered to during the transition.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as primary liaison for all stakeholders, providing regular updates on transition progress.
    • Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and external vendors.
  • Post-Transition Support:
    • Develop and implement a post-transition support plan.
    • Monitor post-transition performance and address any issues promptly.
