Customer Support Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Ventia Operations Centre team in Adelaide, supporting the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement for the Government of South Australia.
About the Role
- As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of Customer Service Coordinators, ensuring customer calls are handled professionally and providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Working closely with the team to develop, mentor, and motivate them to deliver contract outcomes and role objectives.
- Supervising and coordinating activities of Customer Support Coordinators to ensure high-quality client experiences.
- Maintaining and updating various databases, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Managing daily/weekly/monthly rosters via the workforce management system.
- Monitoring call queues and making adjustments as required to meet service levels.
