Job Title: Sleep Solutions SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Sleep Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping consumers improve their sleep health journey by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sleep health and wants to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Sleep Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with consumers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized solutions to help them achieve better sleep outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Create a positive consumer experience through all interactions and pathways, striving to meet consumer needs from the outset.Identify, handle, and convert sales opportunities confidently by engaging with consumers to find the right combination of products and services that meet their needs.Promote product and service offerings to existing and potential consumers, including promotions, product releases, partnerships & self-service options.Nurture a pipeline from initial enquiries through to processing sales and after-sale support.Advocate for and educate on the continued usage of products and services to consumers throughout their ongoing sleep health journey.Requirements:3 years' sales experience in a fast-paced inbound or outbound telesales environment.Technologically literate (MS Office, CRM & phone systems).Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), exceptional active listening abilities.Demonstrated ability to convert potential leads to sales.Experience in working towards and achieving targets.Willingness to embrace change and commitment to continuous improvement.Aptitude for problem-solving, dealing with difficult consumers while always staying solution-focused.Ability to work autonomously, interpret instruction, and follow process and procedures. Set priorities and operate in a busy environment to meet critical deadlines.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends.A self-starter with the ability to work within varied environments.Preferred Skills:Understanding of Australian Consumer Law relating to Retail and Manufacturers.Knowledgeable in using Salesforce, Cisco phone systems, and MYOB or Shopify.
