At ResMed, we aim to help individuals 'Awaken their best' by providing innovative solutions for better sleep health.

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our direct-to-consumer business, overseeing our growing team and customer base to deliver exceptional sleep health services.

About the Role

The successful Leader will be responsible for the effective operation, management, and achievement of sales growth, team development, and a customer-centric culture through inspirational leadership and vision-driven strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving a culture focused on amazing customer service and continuous improvement
  • Effective leadership and management of the team to meet key performance indicators and provide outstanding customer experience
  • Liaising with sleep professionals, general physicians, and allied health professionals to leverage collaborative partnerships and drive business outcomes
  • Managing stock control, merchandising, and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless operations and maximize sales potential
  • Collaborating with multi-function teams and other leaders to achieve strategic objectives and foster a cohesive work environment

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams
  • Able to recruit, motivate, and mentor staff as required
  • Sales-focused and goal-driven with excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills
  • A passion for creating fantastic customer experiences and driving business results through strategic leadership
