**Job Overview**

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating stores effectively, managing teams, and developing a customer-centric culture.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, they will ensure that teams are inspired and empowered to deliver sales, key performance indicators, and customer service aligned with our vision.

- Drive a culture focused on amazing customer service

- Lead and motivate teams to achieve commercial targets

- Liaise with healthcare professionals to drive business

- Recruit, onboard, and mentor staff as needed

- Manage stock control, merchandising, and relationships with stakeholders

- Work collaboratively with multi-function teams and other store managers

**Requirements**

- Previous success in retail management

- Ability to recruit and motivate teams

- Sales-focused and goal-driven

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills

- Passion for creating a fantastic customer experience
