Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team at the College of Medicine and Public Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of clinical research projects, including participant recruitment, data collection, and administrative tasks.
About the RoleIn this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, coordination, and execution of research experiments, as well as assist with the development of innovative treatments to improve sleep health outcomes. Your contributions will impact the lives of individuals and communities by improving sleep health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the effective delivery of clinical research projects
- Assist with participant recruitment and scheduling
- Coordinate study logistics, including data collection and administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in a relevant scientific field
- Capability to contribute to the design, coordination, and execution of research experiments
- Demonstrated interest in respiratory and sleep disorders or human physiology
- Experience in a clinical sleep laboratory or research in respiratory/sleep physiology
- Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) qualification or equivalent
