A Casual Position in Residential Care Settings.

As a Support Worker, you will act as a positive role model to support life skills development, manage relationships, and work towards personal goals.

Your Skills and Experience:
We seek compassionate individuals who can build strong connections with young people and work collaboratively in a cohesive team dynamic.
The following requirements apply:
- A minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant recognised qualification.
- Current first aid level 2 (including CPR) and Victorian Driver's Licence.
- Desirable experience in residential and community services, provision of care, and support to children in 'out of home care'.
In addition, we value experience and demonstrated ability to work with young people who have experienced past trauma and abuse.
