Membership Experience Specialist

The primary role of the Membership Experience Specialist is to deliver exceptional customer service and lead IPAA's membership experience, driving growth and retention through strategic planning and data-driven insights.

This specialist will be responsible for managing the member journey, executing the membership strategy, and ensuring system capabilities are maximised through CRM expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of association management, membership engagement, and stakeholder relations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the member database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive membership growth and retention
  • Conducting reporting and analysis to inform membership decisions

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as experience working with databases and CRM systems. You should also have a strong understanding of association management principles and practices.
