Job Overview: Member Support Consultant
About the Role :
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. Your primary objective will be to inspire prospective members to embark on their wellness journey by providing exceptional customer service, proactive sales activities, and engaging with current members to enhance their experience and loyalty.
Responsibilities :
* Contribute proactively to club sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns.* Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and seeking referrals.* Make the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.* Create positive and personalized member experiences.* Respond successfully to member enquiries.* Open and close the club as per the roster.* Participate in member retention programs, encouraging members to continue their fitness journey.* Conduct regular service calls to engage members and recommend products to enhance their results.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and a desire to help people succeed.
- Problem-solving skills and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills — listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing.
