Job Description
We are seeking an Associate to join our team in shaping significant projects, combining financial strength with deep sector expertise. This role will involve supporting project origination and execution, building a career in large-scale infrastructure investment.
The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team in a highly collaborative environment, undertaking detailed financial modelling and analysis. They will also assist in the arrangement of financing through research, due diligence, structuring, credit, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years' experience in a transactional finance environment such as banking, project finance, private equity, accounting, or law.
- Strong financial modelling expertise, with advanced Excel and valuation capability.
- Experience negotiating complex financial terms or contributing to the closing of large transactions.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Knowledge of infrastructure transactions, project finance, or PPPs preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly.
- Commercial acumen, analytical strength, and a collaborative mindset.
