About the Role

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to contribute to complex, large-scale projects. As a key team member, you will be central to maintaining project success through effective financial management, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Flow Management: budgeting, expenditure tracking, cash forecasting, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Project Financials: managing workforce plans, timesheets, monthly accruals, financial reporting, and bid estimation support.
  • Document Control: ensuring accurate, compliant, and accessible project records.
  • Reporting & Analysis: delivering project status reports, performance analysis, and change management support.
  • Collaboration & Improvement: engaging with stakeholders, identifying issues, and driving continuous improvement in project finance and controls.

Requirements

  • Experience in project finance, accounting, or project controls, ideally within Defence or a complex industry.
  • Proven expertise in EACs (Estimate at Completion) and strong financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and well-developed communication and time management skills.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A current or eligibility to obtain security clearance is mandatory.
