Marketing and Sales Operations Role

  • Advise dealers on marketing, sales, and customer strategies, systems, and processes.
  • Coach dealers to enhance human performance capability by identifying performance gaps and solutions.
  • Collaborate with District Managers to drive strategic growth initiatives aligned with internal partners and dealers.
  • Support dealers in strategy development and services growth plan governance.
  • Align dealer strategies with Caterpillar's Enterprise Strategy.
  • Consult with dealers on improving customer experience, including training and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Develop customized solutions to meet customer needs and expectations.
