- Coach dealers to enhance human performance capability by identifying performance gaps and solutions.
- Collaborate with District Managers to drive strategic growth initiatives aligned with internal partners and dealers.
- Support dealers in strategy development and services growth plan governance.
- Align dealer strategies with Caterpillar's Enterprise Strategy.
- Consult with dealers on improving customer experience, including training and technology-enabled solutions.
- Develop customized solutions to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Customer Focus: Aligning business decisions with customer needs and satisfaction.
