Job Description

We are seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving the implementation of leadership development programs across the organisation, leading succession planning and talent initiatives, and facilitating programs to embed organisational values and build high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of leadership development programs across the organisation
  • Lead the succession planning and talent initiatives to empower employees to make a difference
  • Facilitate programs to help embed organisational values and build high-performance teams
  • Coordinate annual engagement surveys and implement organisation-wide initiatives to support high levels of employee engagement
  • Coordinate performance development discussions, including quarterly check-ins and development plans
  • Assist with coordination of early careers development programs
  • Work with WHS teams to implement psychosocial hazard management initiatives
  • Drive employee communication initiatives

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational psychology or equivalent
  • Proven experience in organisational development with a focus on leadership and talent strategies
  • A flair for influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project delivery skills
  • Solid understanding of internal communication strategy and mediums
  • High energy and strong work ethic
  • A passion for making a difference in people's professional journeys
  • Creative, innovative and solutions-focused
  • Experience in mining or resource sector preferred
  • Experience in generalist HR desirable
