Mental Health Services Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our mental health services team. As the Mental Health Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical leadership and operational oversight across inpatient, outpatient, and day program services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health clinical care delivery and experience leading clinical and operational teams. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to mental health teams
  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent healthcare stream
  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Working With Children check, police check, serology, and immunisation compliance
