Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced sales expert to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time opportunity to join our Regulatory Compliance solution line. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for upsell and like-for-like growth, and promoting solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with Product Specialist Teams and Business Development Managers to identify opportunities for upsell and like-for-like growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contact status in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the solution line in sales meetings.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technology portfolio, including products and services/education offerings.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree qualifications and work experience in sales, preferably in the compliance solutions market.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales within a prominent organisation using structured sales and consultative selling approaches.
- Prior experience in solution sales or subscription sales is essential.
- Demonstrated performance against sales objectives.
