Job Title: Sales Consultant

About the Role

The successful candidate will be an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling, with the ability to stay informed about the latest products and share valuable insights with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless transactions
  • Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets
  • Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers

The successful candidate will also contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures, while maintaining visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.

Requirements
  • Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
  • Brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
  • Obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry
