About the Job:
We're looking for an experienced dual-role dental assistant/receptionist to help us prepare for an increase in customer volumes at our practice.

- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment.
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists.
- Treatment coordination.
- Provide instrument sterilization.
- Maintain infection control standards and procedures.
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression.
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records.
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers.
- Handling payments.
- Accessing sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner.
Requirements:
- Availability to work full time Monday to Friday (with a rotating Saturday).
- Ideal experience of 1+ year in a similar role.
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded.
- A motivated self-starter in a fast-paced and dynamic role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about customer service and patient care.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner.
