The Opportunity Caboolture Private Hospital is seeking a motivated Hotel Services Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team.

In this role, you will work across various areas of the hospital as required, reporting to the Hotel Services Manager.

Key responsibilities include: Maintaining food hygiene, a clean working environment, and safety practices.

Delivering food and beverages to patients and staff.

Ensuring all areas of the hospital meet high standards of cleanliness in line with infection control guidelines.

Working productively within a team while independently managing your workload.

Skills And Experience The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering friendly, professional customer service.

You will thrive in a busy environment, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

You will also bring: Previous experience in catering or housekeeping (desirable but not essential).

Understanding of food safety, hygiene principles, and infection control procedures.

Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.

Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including morning and afternoon shifts.

Certificate II or III in Hospitality (desirable).

About Us This hospital has 43 beds, 3 fully equipped operating theatres, a 12 chair Day Procedure Unit and a comfortable day oncology unit.

The Hospital is collocated with Caboolture Public Hospital.
