
Supply Chain Transformation Specialist

The role of Project Lead involves leading key projects within the Commercial Supply Chain function. This includes transitioning SAP software from GEP to S4 HANA across the JANZ region.
As a Project Lead, you will provide leadership and take responsibility for the scope, budget, risk mitigation, schedule, project team, and business communications regarding designated projects.
You will be responsible for onboarding the S4 HANA software to all internal stakeholders, including roll-out, training, SOP, and work instruction generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the project of transitioning SAP software from GEP to S4 HANA across the JANZ region
- Providing leadership and taking responsibility for the scope, budget, risk mitigation, schedule, project team, and business communications
- Full ownership in the onboarding of the S4 HANA software to all internal stakeholders
- Creating project management plans that define the project scope and key deliverables and timeframes
- Tracking progress to completion through applied metrics
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure the project is managed consistent with timelines and to the expectations of the business
- Delegating responsibilities to the relevant personnel
- Preparing insightful reports on project progress and conducting data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Optimizing supply chain processes in SAP S4 HANA
- Prior experience in leading projects is critical
- Subject matter expert in GEP SAP and S4 HANA is required
- Experience in OTC, P2S, and P2P is required for successful management of role responsibilities
- Proven ability in effective decision-making and ownership of deliverables
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is highly desirable
- A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to contribute to a high-performing team
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (or appropriate Visa holder)
