The Opportunity

An amazing opportunity to build foundational skills in supply chain and logistics within a high-performing, safety-focused organisation.

As a Supply Chain Graduate, you'll play a key role in supporting and contributing to key operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role offers broad exposure to critical supply chain functions—including production scheduling, inventory control, accessory procurement, transport, and cost management.

Working alongside experienced professionals, this will give you hands-on experience in a structured environment that fosters learning through mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and real-world challenges.

This role will commence in January 2026.

What You'll Do
  • Support production planning and scheduling by aligning raw materials and production capacity with customer demand across manufacturing sites.
  • Assist with the end-to-end accessory procurement process, including requisitions, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • Help manage stock transfers across plants, warehouses, and customer locations, ensuring accuracy and timely movement.
  • Collaborate with the demand planning team to understand and contribute to forecasting activities.
  • Contribute to supply chain cost analysis, including budgeting, spend tracking, and variance reporting.
  • Support transport operations by assisting with scheduling, documentation and compliance under Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation.
  • Learn inventory control principles and assist with stock accuracy, cycle counts, and reporting using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Participate in monthly planning cycles, supporting capacity analysis and the development of efficient production plans.
  • Monitor inventory health across the network (including finished goods and accessories), identify risks of overstock or shortages, and escalate as necessary.
  • Engage in cross-functional meetings with sales, operations, finance, and procurement to build a holistic understanding of the supply chain.
What you'll bring
  • A recent degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • An interest in learning ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of or interest in transport compliance, warehousing operations, and cost control.
