Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to technicians managing periodic maintenance and modification of aircraft fleets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order and return items from/to primary warehouse locations, and oversee shelf-life managed items.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Assist with stocktaking, hasten overdue orders, and participate in activities to optimise stock replenishments and holdings.

Requirements:
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current High Risk Work license for LF and Valid C Class vehicle license.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated communication skills essential for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to acquire NV1 security clearance.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Understanding of Defence Logistic Experience, Defence information management systems, and hazardous product management.
