Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage food service operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless execution of menus and services.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to develop and implement new menu concepts, recipes, and cooking techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and brand standards.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive work environment, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Management team to meet operational objectives and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Passion for gastronomy and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Working knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
