Overview

Responsibilities
  • Partner with client technology leaders to enhance business results through comprehensive strategies involving products, personnel, processes, technology, and data.
  • Serve as a digital transformation advisor, introducing cutting-edge technologies, fostering trusted relationships with clients, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Formulate IT and technology strategies that align with overarching business goals.
  • Design and execute IT strategies and operational frameworks that resonate with organizational objectives.
  • Lead initiatives on cloud strategy, migrations, and application modernization projects.
  • Contribute to the expansion of EPAM's CIO Advisory practice through pre-sales efforts and development of service offerings.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting and team leadership.
  • Proven track record in providing strategic consulting services to clients, including C-suite executives.
  • Capability to lead and manage technology-focused consulting teams and client projects.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in gathering client requirements, analyzing solutions, and delivering recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing complex programs.
  • Established experience in delivering cloud strategies, application development, cost optimization, and IT organizational design projects.
  • Ability to produce thought leadership content on emerging technology trends.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
