Position Overview

This position provides the chance to collaborate with prominent brands and deliver significant value by identifying, designing, and executing transformative consulting services.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with client technology leaders to enhance business outcomes through comprehensive strategies encompassing product, personnel, processes, technology, and data. Serve as a digital transformation advisor, integrating innovative and emerging technologies, fostering trusted relationships with clients, and delivering tangible business value. Formulate IT and technology strategies that align with overarching business goals. Design and execute IT strategies and operational frameworks that resonate with organizational objectives. Provide guidance on cloud strategies, cloud migrations, and application modernization initiatives. Contribute to the expansion of EPAM's CIO Advisory practice through presales efforts and the development of service offerings.

Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting engagements and team leadership. Proven experience in delivering strategic consulting services to clients, including interactions with C-level executives. Ability to lead and manage technology-focused consulting teams and client projects. Strong skills in presentation, organization, and project leadership. Practical experience in gathering client requirements, analyzing solutions, and presenting actionable recommendations. A track record of designing and overseeing the delivery of complex programs. Demonstrated experience in formulating cloud strategies, application development, cost optimization, and IT organizational design initiatives. Capability to produce thought leadership content on emerging technology trends. Business acumen with experience in leveraging technology to solve business challenges. Willingness to travel as needed.
