Looking for an opportunity to leverage your insurance industry expertise and contribute to a dynamic team?

 

We are seeking an experienced Insurance broker to work with key clients, focusing on general insurance and motor classes. With over 20 years of experience in the Bus and Coach industry, our organization has built strong relationships with clients and associations alike.

 

As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of medium to corporate clients, preparing and negotiating quotations and policy terms, attending client presentations and service meetings, and collaborating with our management team to develop tailored policy solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support

- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with the management team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns

 

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role

- Strong technical skills, including MS Office 360 Suite and Excel (CBS advantageous)

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
