Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to enthusiastically support clients and colleagues in identifying the right insurance policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist senior brokers in managing client accounts and building strong relationships.
  • Support the placement of insurance policies by researching markets, preparing quotations, and negotiating with insurers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims.
  • Assist in handling claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely resolution for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, insurance products, and regulatory changes.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
