Job Title: Marina Dockhand

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for boating and excellent customer service skills to join our waterfront team as a Marina Dockhand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting boaters with docking and departing procedures, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of marina facilities, providing exceptional customer service to marina guests, monitoring and managing boat traffic within the marina, and conducting routine inspections of docks and facilities.

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a current valid NSW General boating licence, possess previous experience in a marina or boating environment, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and possess basic knowledge of boat handling and safety procedures.

Applicants should also have a customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach, current valid first aid certification, and be available to work 8 hour shifts, including public holidays and weekends. The role is classified as casual with a competitive pay rate.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a fast-paced maritime environment, be able to multitask, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
