This key role is focused on safeguarding children, ensuring compliance, and supporting services in delivering high-quality outcomes.
The Job Description
- Conduct quality audits across various campuses to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Lead investigative processes into incidents, complaints, and reportable conduct matters.
- Provide expert guidance on child safety, compliance, and quality practices while fostering a collaborative approach with campus teams.
- Embed Child Safe Standards and drive continuous improvement through coaching, training, and professional practice support.
- Balance time between campus visits and reporting, analysis, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in early childhood education, ideally in a leadership or compliance role.
- Strong understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for sensitive investigations.
- A collaborative style focused on empowering services to succeed.
- Strong organisational skills to manage fieldwork and reporting effectively.
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and additional training in Child Protection are highly regarded.
