About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Digital Infrastructure Programs to join our Digital Programs Team at Urban Utilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the successful build, delivery, and testing of Urban Utilities' digital infrastructure programs, inclusive of all digital portfolio, digital transformation, and service enhancements across information technology (IT), operating technology (OT), data, and Internet of Things (IOT) environments.

This role requires a strong leader who can implement Urban Utilities' digital and data strategy in a cost-effective way that optimizes business outcomes, employee experience, and minimizes impact.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT program management, leading teams to deliver complex solutions in challenging environments, and a strong knowledge of digital infrastructure technologies across ICT, OT, data, and IoT domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful build, delivery, and testing of Urban Utilities' digital infrastructure programs.
  • Implement Urban Utilities' digital and data strategy in a cost-effective way that optimizes business outcomes, employee experience, and minimizes impact.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team of professionals to design and deliver end-to-end solutions in a complex environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and lead innovation in the technology space.
  • Provide a leading digital capability that meets the expectations of our people and business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Program/Project Management, Computer Science, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant qualification in Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK.
  • Extensive experience in IT program management, leading teams to deliver complex solutions in challenging environments.
  • Strong knowledge of digital infrastructure technologies across ICT, OT, data, and IoT domains.
  • Proficiency in ITIL and Azure environments.
  • Expertise in delivering infrastructure architecture, including SAN and highly available server and network architectures.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction planning.
