Are you a seasoned hospitality professional looking to take on a leadership role? As a Cluster Reservations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our reservations team to deliver exceptional service and optimize occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee reservations operations, including booking processes, group reservations, and room allocation to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest inquiries and bookings efficiently and courteously, providing timely responses and solutions.
  • Analyse occupancy trends and collaborate with revenue management to maximise room revenue through strategic pricing and inventory management.
  • Develop and train a high-performing reservations team to achieve performance goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Liaise with front office and sales departments to ensure consistent communication and a seamless guest experience.
  • Provide exceptional service to VIP guests and assist with special request arrangements, ensuring their stay is memorable and tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and booking details, ensuring data integrity and compliance with hotel standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and retention. You will be an excellent communicator, able to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is essential, preferably Opera Cloud.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a cluster or multi-hotel setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and cultures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and driving business growth.
