Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

About the Role

This is a key supervisory position within our reservations department, responsible for overseeing the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes.

Key Responsibilities\

  • Oversight of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes\
  • Communicating company values and culture to new employees\
  • Reviewing and implementing new reservations procedures\
  • Processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations\
  • Identifying guest reservation needs and determining appropriate room type\
  • Verifying availability of room type and rate\
  • Explaining guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies\
  • Accommodating and documenting special requests\

In addition, you will be expected to:

  • Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations\
  • Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue\
  • Input and access data in reservation system\
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns\\Requirements\
