Job Description:

We are seeking experienced care professionals to provide individualized support to our clients in their own homes. As a care professional, you will empower participants to achieve their goals and support their individual care needs in areas such as wellbeing, housekeeping, meal preparation, and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily routines
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Supporting clients with mobility and communication needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current NDIS Workers Check
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Manual Handling Certificate
  • Unrestricted Driver's License
