Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to provide exceptional care to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intensive, flexible, and responsive support to assist clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.
  • Plan and coordinate clients' activities and social outings.
  • Develop connections with the community and assist clients to achieve their goals.
  • Assist with daily living needs, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with other support workers and healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be available for minimum 2-hour services.
  • Must be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11am to 1pm.
  • Must have a current full driver's license and own car.
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.
