**The Opportunity**
The role will be responsible for driving the implementation of the end to end integrated supply chain solutions for Primary Connect's customers. These solutions could include a combination of International Logistics, Landside Logistics, along with both Warehousing and Domestic transport. Whilst also ensuring a smooth operational transition.
- Gain a deep understanding of Primary Connect's customers' requirements prior to implementing solutions.
- Refining customer processes to ensure smooth operational transition.
- Coordinating DILO's to align with all stakeholders
- Mapping out any gaps in processes
- Managing and coordinating the contributions from our 3PL partners
- Coordination & Execution of transition plans
- Ensuring all SMEs across the Primary Connect team, 3PL's and Customers are engaged and aligned.
- Coordination of a Hypocare team to support transition
- Ownership/decision making of the sequencing and principles of transition planning

**Who we're looking for**
We're looking for an energetic, customer focused team player who will be driven and passionate, keen to get things done, and able to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, while also possessing:

- Experience in operational supply chain management functions
- Strong analytical capabilities - including the ability to create insight from data.
- Process mapping capabilities
- Project management and change management experience
- 3PL or FMCG logistics experience
- International supply chain experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of attention to detail and quality
