Accounts Payable Specialist Role

The role involves working in a supportive team environment for an international automotive manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing up to 500-600 invoices monthly using SAP, ensuring accurate coding and data entry. Additional responsibilities include completing EFT and international payment runs, reconciling supplier statements, handling petty cash, performing end-of-month functions, setting up new suppliers in the system, and liaising with site administrators.

Key requirements for the successful applicant include two years of experience within a medium-to-high volume AP environment, a good level of Microsoft Excel skills, and great attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have their own transport and be able to work from Acacia Ridge.

This position offers a competitive salary package, including a salary circa $75,000 plus superannuation, based on experience.
