This dynamic position involves managing media relations, creating engaging digital content, delivering business updates and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Respond to media enquiries, draft timely high-quality responses, create media releases and speeches for senior leaders.
  • Provide support for crisis management and business milestone communications.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to create engaging social media posts, manage interactions and improve website content and SEO.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Communications or Journalism.
  • Proven experience writing clear concise copy for media or customer-facing organisations.
  • Strong media and digital landscape knowledge including social media trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with diverse stakeholders.
