Vice President Talent Acquisition

This is a leadership position within The Cervantes Group, responsible for driving the company's talent acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of recruiters to identify market and team-specific opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
- Proactively assess and recommend actions for Business Development leadership to optimize performance, including account segmentation, KPIs, processes, and tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Service teams to ensure execution of market-specific revenue growth plans.
- Automate, simplify, and streamline recruitment workflow to improve productivity.
- Guide the development of insights for business reviews and annual planning processes.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company in the development of business and service solution strategies.
- Lead activities for international market information gathering and identify potential market growth and acquisition strategies.
- Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Solve problems and design solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
- Provide expertise in areas such as career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and strategic development.
- Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to improve organizational health and assist in making informed decisions.
- BS Degree
- 10-15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Sales, Recruitment in a global, dynamic fast-growing technology/software business.
- Ability to establish solid relationships with all levels of an organization with strong influence and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in an environment that demands strong deliverables and the ability to identify problems and drive resolutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable global laws and regulations related to HR and business practices.
- Able to analyze and manipulate data related to sales and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-directed and highly self-motivated.
- Proven track record of driving results.
