The Role

We're seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team as Vice President of Global People Operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and drive organizational performance and growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing HR strategies that support business growth and expansion into emerging markets
  • Partnering with senior leaders to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and benefits initiatives
  • Leading the global HR team to design employee engagement and retention efforts through effective reward and recognition programs
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry, with a global focus
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations across various countries
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing HR strategies that drive organizational performance and growth
