Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with athletes, coaches, and performance support teams to develop effective athlete plans aligned with NSO 'What It Takes To Win' (WITTW) frameworks.
  • Create a collaborative environment that facilitates open communication between NSOs, SSOs, and wider QAS partners.
  • Lead QAS Performance Support teams, including facilitating meetings, ensuring strategic resource investment, and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Support coach development, contribute to coach reviews, development plans, and growth within the high-performance network.
  • Drive athlete performance monitoring and problem-solving, partnering with coaches to evaluate progress, address challenges, and refine training plans using performance insights.
  • Collaborate with the QAS data team to inform evidence-based decision making.
  • Lead operational planning and reviews, managing resources, coordinating camps and competitions, conducting annual sport reviews, and staying current with athlete performance trends at all levels.
