Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director in high-rise multi-residential construction, with a strong track record of delivering projects of $100M+ value. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Take ownership of the project's vision, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
  • Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
  • Delivery Excellence: Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful project environment.
