Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in aged care facilities across the Murray River area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Perform thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans that meet individual resident needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Lead and support Personal Care Workers during shifts, providing guidance and mentoring as needed.
  • Ensure all care provided meets AHPRA and aged care compliance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
