Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a Geriatric Evaluation and Management Inpatient Unit.

The unit consists of a 20-bed in-patient ward, providing specialist in-patient Geriatric services to Albury Wodonga and surrounds. Our multidisciplinary team includes a Geriatrician, nursing staff, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, social work, and pastoral care worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best practice care as a pivotal member of the team.
  • Act in a position of advocacy for the patient and their family.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver quality care.
About You / Qualifications
  • Essential requirements: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current immunisation against diseases listed in NSW Health Policy Directive.
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Demonstrate time management and organisational skills.
  • Computer literacy.
Further Requirements
  • A current Police Record Check.
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
