Registered Nurse Opportunity in Aged Care

Seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals working in aged care facilities across the Murray River region. As a Registered Nurse with our organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and effective patient care
  • Perform assessments, manage care plans, and update documentation
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
  • Lead and support Personal Care Workers during your shift
  • Ensure all care provided meets AHPRA and aged care compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in an aged care or clinical setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new environments
  • Up-to-date Police Check (within 12 months)
  • COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (as per health directives)
