Strategic Performance Enhancement Specialist

Job Description

As a Strategic Performance Enhancement Specialist, you will collaborate and innovate within the Performance Improvement Team to develop innovative best practice claims management strategies that drive improved business performance. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in realising organisational goals by aligning processes and driving efficient results.
  • Translating business plans into action plans, monitoring, and reviewing them through completion.
  • Identifying, analysing, and improving business processes to meet current goals and identifying new ones to improve profit and performance.
  • Re-engineering processes to reduce cost and cycle time and improve quality of production and service.

You will analyse scheme data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities. Additionally, you will participate and contribute to the development of new initiatives, strategies, and processes to achieve gains in business performance, working with the Continuous Improvement Team. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making, as well as excellent communication and consultation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding workers compensation legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of governing standards of practice.
  • Agent remuneration drivers knowledge.
  • Highly experienced in GWCC, CRM salesforce, QLIK reporting, and other scheme systems.
