Senior Client Experience Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Client Experience Manager to lead our Brisbane services and drive exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Take the lead in developing and implementing strategies that deliver exceptional client outcomes and sustainable growth.
  • Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and empower Client Experience Managers and their teams to deliver consistently high standards of care.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work with senior leaders across Quality, Safeguards, People & Culture, and Business Development to align workforce capability with participant needs.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Champion innovation and continuous improvement in client experience, building stronger connections with clients, families, and the wider community.
About You:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record as a senior leader in disability, health, or community services, with the ability to balance operational excellence and strategic growth.
  • Relationship Building: Natural relationship builder with the presence and influence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercially astute, experienced in managing complex budgets and driving performance across large teams.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Knowledgeable in NDIS, safeguarding, and quality frameworks, with a passion for client-centred care.
  • Educational Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in health, allied health, disability, or business management.
