Associate Corporate Business Manager

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing customer relationships through regular communication and product promotion
  • Identifying and targeting potential customers through targeted promotional campaigns and account management plans
  • Collecting and sharing market and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of the competition
  • Coordinating new product presentations and trials, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Providing timely and professional information/service to ensure business success
  • Attending industry conferences and seminars to build relationships and rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Managing multiple customer projects and maintaining accurate records in the BOOST CRM system
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and manage sales plans, maximizing revenue and profit targets
  • Providing relevant data and insights to customers, addressing inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
